1 Create Your Account

You only need to do this once. Next time, just sign in with your email and password.

2 Browse the Catalog

Use the category tabs (Snacks, Bars, Drinks, Fridge, Fruit, Pantry) to browse by type
Use the search bar at the top to find a specific item by name
Use the sidebar filters to narrow by sub-category (e.g. Chips, Protein Bars, Soda)

3 Add Items to Your Order

Click the ❤️ heart on any product to save it as a favorite for easy reordering later.

4 Review Your Cart

When you open the Order panel you'll see:

All items with quantities and an estimated total
For Pre-order items, a Pre-order pill — click it to switch to In stock if you'd like to order from current stock instead
Remove any item by tapping − until it's gone, or use Clear cart to start over

Use Save Draft if you're still deciding — your cart will be waiting when you come back.

5 Submit Your Order

You'll receive a confirmation email right away, and another email once your order has been packed and is on the way.

6 View Your Order History

Favorites: Heart your go-to items, then use the Favorites filter to see only those and reorder in seconds
Save a Draft: Not ready to submit? Click Save Draft in the cart — pick up right where you left off
Reorder: In My Orders, hit Reorder on any past order to load the same items into your cart instantly
Pre-orders: Barebell bars are a special-order item. They default to Pre-order in your cart — tap the pill to switch to In stock if we have them available
Notes field: Use this for delivery instructions, preferred drop-off times, or any substitution preferences
